We always recommend washing your Future rash guards in cold water. If you need to wash in hot water, don't exceed 30 degrees. Don't use a dryer; just hang to dry. All our rash guards dry quickly, so they'll only take a few hours to be ready to use again. Never use bleach! Happy training!
